2 Months, spacious room in waterloo, No Deposit

I’m looking for a flat mate replacement. We live in an awesome area, 2 minute walk from Lambeth North tube station. 8 minute walk to Waterloo station, street food stands just around the corner, both COOP and Sainsbury's 1 minute walk from the flat. The rent is currently £1350 (per month, per person, without bills).
The place is well decorated and definitely has that home feeling.
It's a shared bathroom but this has never been a issue with past flatmates as we agree to keep the flat as a whole clean and tidy.
To tell you a bit about myself, my name is Teo, I am 21 years old. I'm from Mexico and South Africa, current working in a finance position just after completing my bachelors recently in business. I work at the office five days a week and enjoy a mix of going out and, moreover, taking it easy on the weekends.
