SUBLET | 3-26 October (with some flexibility)

I’m going away for October so gauging interest if anyone’s interested in subletting my room. My travel dates are 3-26 October but there’s some flexibility on either end if needed. Bills (including bi-weekly cleaner) and council tax included.

LOCATION: SE1 on Stamford street, few mins walk from King’s College, Waterloo and Southwark.

HOUSE: shared, like uni halls, would be perfect for a student if you got stuck moving. Huge garden, living room, kitchen (2x) and bike storage. On every floor: 5x bedrooms, 1x separate toilet, 1x separate shower, 1x shower WITH a toilet (so between 5 people the ratio is amazing and there’s never a queue).

ROOM: double bed, desk and chair for WFH / studying, IKEA POANG chair, sink and a small coffee table (not pictured, I’ll be back tonight, can take an updated photo). Door has its own lock. I’m only subletting while travelling but can make space in the double wardrobe for you.
