Short Let in Waterloo (Central London)

One of our flatmates is leaving the country for a short while and subletting their room.

The flat is located in Waterloo (3 minutes from the station) and incredibly close to Big Ben, London Eye etc.

The dates are flexible but you would need to want to move on either the 14/15th December and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks. We are open to having a conversation about this so don’t hesitate to message.

The cost (with all bills included) is £214.50 per week.

About you: we want to know about you and why you’d want to stay here a little more and would need to meet before hand over FaceTime or in person with the rest of the flatmates beforehand.

The flat itself is incredibly well kept with a large shared living room, dining table, kitchen and bathroom.

The room itself is a double room but our flatmates are only willing to sublet to a single person. This is a not a party flat so please respect the others flatmates.
