Bright Room to Rent in Waterloo

We have a bright and fully furnished room available to rent in our Waterloo (SE1 7RF) flat! Super central, 3 min walk to Waterloo station that has Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines running through. 2 minute walk to Lower Marsh which has cute cafes, restaurants and bars, along with necessities like a Boots chemist, GP and dentist. 1 minute walk to nearest Tesco, 2 minute walk to Iceland, 3 minute walk to nearest Sainsbury’s. Quite literally everything you need is within a 5 min walk. 10 minute walk to Jubilee Gardens/London Eye and the Southbank.

The room will be available from 12 January, but can be earlier if needed. Open to couples or a single person (landlord prefers a single but would consider a couple). The vetting/application process can take up to two weeks and the landlords will require evidence of employment, so the sooner you apply the better! The current lease is in place until 11 May, 2025 with the opportunity to extend.

You’ll be living with two Aussie girls (28 and 30) both working full time in healthcare. One us is a Nurse who does shift work and the other is a radiographer who works a standard full time roster, and some weekends. We’re easy going and generally keep to ourselves, but definitely enjoy the odd house dinner and like to catch up whenever we can.
