Bright and joyful double room available now in our little terrace house in Waterloo.

Just a few minutes walk to Waterloo Station and also to Lambeth North Station (bakerloo line).

Ideal for someone that works in Waterloo or Westminster area and is looking for a safe and spacious room in central london.

Not a party house, we are quite busy but friendly and sociable!

The room has a king bed with a new comfy mattress!
Plenty of storage in the wardrobe - there is also a desk with chair and mirror!

Location is just great!

In addition to public transport, you can walk to many parts of Central London in less than 30 minutes (close to Waterloo bridge, or Westminster bridge and also to Charing Cross foot bridge in less than 10/15 minutes); I walk every where 😉 and cycle too.

You will be living with myself, lovely and grey Italian lady :) my 20 year old son and our lodger.
There is no shared living room as I work/live there.

Shared use of bathroom and kitchen.

- The kitchen
is large with a table to eat on (I cook more or less every day) and there is a washing machine to share.
There is a cupboard space just for you.
- The bathroom
has a bath with shower on top and there is a separate toilet.
All very clean and cozy although not luxurious!

Broadband and bills included, based on fair usage.
