Hi, I’m looking to assign my en-suite room (private bed and bath) at Unite Students Wellington Lodge (Waterloo) from May onwards till September (negotiable). Rent is £399/week and you will be living/sharing kitchen w 4 other people!
The room has a Heating system and a decent sized window with blinds. It also comes with a spacious wardrobe and under bed storage plus other storage spaces and drawers as well. The room comes with a well laid study table with storage for all your school supplies.
The bath includes a spacious shower (well lit) and 24hrs hot/cold water facility and a decent sized mirror.
The kitchen is to be shared with 5 other flatmates. It includes stove, microwave, oven and fridge with lots of storage spaces. There is also a common living room attached to the kitchen with sofa and chairs to lounge in.
