Central Ensuite Student Accom Room

Student Accommodation located in the heart of London. I'm currently looking for a student to replace my tenancy at the Wellington Lodge Unite Students student accommodation. This will be over the summer, ideally starting early June and has to be until 6th of September. This is due to the contract ending in September 6th. This is a perfect opportunity for any students doing a summer course.

The room is an ensuite, with a shared kitchen between maximum 5 other people. However it is likely the other flatmates will be gone for the summer.

The room includes a 3/4 sized bed with storage space underneath, 4 drawers, shelving near the entrance, a study desk with a drawer and storage space underneath, a large corner shelf and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a sink with shelving underneath, a toilet and shower cabin. The room itself has also been kept in very great condition and taken care of.

The room also includes free Wi-fi. There is a shared laundry room and common room for the accommodation building.

There are also multiple grocery stores (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Oseyo, M&S) and places to eat on the street.

The room is a 5 minute walk to Waterloo tube station which hosts the Jubilee line, Northern, Bakerloo and the Waterloo and City line. There are also overground trains and services from the main Waterloo Station. This allows easy access across London. The station also has numerous places to eat and has a Boots pharmacy. 

Furthermore, the room has a bus station right in front of it which serves multiple buses going across London. In particular, the 68, 1, 176 and 172 allow easy and quick transportation to central universities in London, perfect for students attending UCL, LSE, KCL, Birkbeck, SOAS and others.

The room is a 20 minute walk from the Big Ben and London Eye, and a 30 minute walk to St James Park and the Buckingham Palace.

The contract is £399 a week, with bills included.
