Lease term: Expected from early June to September 6.

Room type: One bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat on the 6th floor. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with a male roommate (who’s very nice and expected to move out around August 2). From August, you’ll have the whole apartment to yourself.

Rent: £250 per week (originally £469 pw) and negotiable. You’ll need to sign the lease directly with the apartment, and I’ll refund you the difference.
