Double room in 2-bed flat in Waterloo, available to rent from 31st October.

The flat was refurbished last October when we moved in, my current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a replacement. Rent is £1,250 and bills (wifi, electric, council tax and water) come to around £172 per month per person. The deposit is £1,153.85 and the agency will need to carry out reference checks before you can move in. The heating is paid for by the landlady :).

The flat is a 7 min walk from Waterloo and Lambeth North stations and a 9 min walk from Elephant and Castle station. There's a Gym Group 2 mins away and Tesco/ Sainsbury's on Waterloo road, and Lidl is a 20 min bus ride.

I'm 25, work in media, and graduated from KCL. I’m into crocheting, puzzles, volleyball, and keeping active – plus the occasional cheeky drink! I’m sociable and always down to hang out, but I also value my own space and appreciate keeping a tidy living space :))
