Heyyyy potential new housemate!

Hopefully your search for a warm, tidy and positive sanctuary in the heart of London has come to an end here!

First, a bit about us;
We are a close house of 4… currently looking for the 5th!

Currently we are a British gorl (30), a Spanish/Japanese señor (30), an Uzbekistani fella (34) and a British guy (33). Most of us work in film and we all have a WFH lifestyle, with the occasional few days a week at the office / on set. We also have a big, fluffy, friendly house cat called Noodle. She’s a ball of love and it’s essential you give her cuddles every time you see her 🙂(non-negotiable).

We hang together over a morning coffee, an afternoon Mario Kart session, a spontaneous evening out in central or a long bouldering session. We also love and respect each other's introvert time.

We are not a party house; the house is our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle - but that doesn’t mean we don’t like to have fun - we do like going to gigs or attending the occasional rave, and if you have any interests that you want to share with us we are happy to give it a go!

We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly house, and we would expect anyone who is moving in to be open-minded and accepting of others. FREE PALESTINE!

The house itself is really cool. It’s enormous and in a very central location and the price is incredible for the area! There’s a big kitchen / dining room, laundry room, massive living room, 5 bedrooms, and even a garden where we are growing some flowers!

Your bedroom would be on the 3rd floor. It has a double bed, a desk, built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.

The area is great! In the center of Waterloo we have an abundance of theatres, shops, bars & more. Plus you can get anywhere in the city really easily with buses, tubes, and trains out of Waterloo station. You can even walk to the West End if you’re up for it.

Now, for what we are looking for in our mystery 5th housemate;

It is extremely important to us that you are someone that is clean & tidy, ideally with experience or understanding of living in a shared house with others. Respect and positivity are key. As mentioned already, we have a cat, and she’s got long hair. So it’s essential that you love cats. We also hope to find someone relaxed, who wants to hang out over the occasional coffee, dinner or a TV show but also is happy to have some introvert time.

Great if you’re active and would like to come bouldering, gym or for general activities! Even better if you’re also a creative person! The most important thing though is that you bring a positive attitude to the house.

We don’t really have rules other than when it comes to the general house areas; be respectful, no shoes inside the house, tidy up after yourself straight away & your personal belongings live in personal areas not in the shared areas. Pretty simple to be honest!

We would prefer a non-smoker/vaper. Rent: £742 a month, bills roughly £185-190 a month, cleaner as and when required for communal areas. The deposit is £950. Council tax band G.
