Hey everyone! My partner is leaving his great flat in Waterloo to move in with me and is looking to sublet his place until the end of the lease on December 1st

• Windows with lovely afternoon light with great views of the shard

• Great location in Waterloo
• 8 min walk to Waterloo Station
• 6 min walk to Lambeth North Station (Bakerloo line)
• 12 min walk to the London Eye
• Lots of nice pubs, cafes and markets nearby
The Flatmates
• You would be sharing with 2 people: Hannah (23, British) loves a night out, cozy nights in watching reality tv and travelling and Callum (26, Kiwi) loves to cook and read and enjoys going out and spending time with friends, works in engineering and always loves a chat
• Both are fairly social and love movie nights and pub visits but also respect personal space so would love someone to match that energy

• Large, cozy living area and spacious kitchen
• Bathroom and separate toilet
• Nice balcony with great views of the city
