Double bedroom in Waterloo house for £940

I have a room available for £940 starting November 11th in Waterloo. It’s a small double room with lots of light. The house is 2 minutes from lambeth north station and 5 minutes from Waterloo station. The house comes fully furnished and has a garden, living room, and large kitchen! Despite being in Waterloo the area is very quiet and safe as we live in an enclosed area— giving the best of central London and further out areas.

The roommates are two late 20s women (an American and Australian) Indie works in hospitality so doesn’t work from home, and Laila works in international development and works hybrid from home and her office.
They enjoy yoga, cooking, and socializing together but also happy to do our own thing!

I am looking for a clean and respectful housemate to replace me in the house!
