Room available to take over my lease from 26th of February.

Current lease runs until end of August and can be renewed for another year after that.

4 minute walk to Waterloo station (Northern/Bakerloo-Jubilee/Waterloo and City Lines).
3 minute walk to Waterloo East (trains)
10 minute walk to Southwark station
Multiple bus stops all a 2-3 minute walk from the flat.
Very easy to walk to all central locations, 5 minute walk to both Waterloo Bridge and Embankment Bridge.
A 2 minute walk to Southbank which makes for great walks and lots of activities.

Your flatmates will be two girls both working in healthcare who are lovely and enjoy both chilled evenings in and drinks out!

The double room has spacious wardrobe and under bed storage as well as room for a bedside table.

The house has a big kitchen with a lot of cupboard and fridge space, washing machine, dryer and all appliances needed, spacious living room, house shared garden. It also has two bathrooms and you would be sharing the main bathroom with one other girl. All shared spaces have a lot of storage which we all share.

We’re looking for someone who either works similar shift patterns, or can respect that we may need to sleep during the day (for night shifts), and someone chilled and sociable who would be a nice addition to our bright and airy flat. She’s got beautiful high ceilings, gorgeous big windows, original fixtures and stunning views of the city.
