Good-sized room in central London – waterloo

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly 3-bed flat right in the heart of everything.
I am only leaving to move out of London with my partner.
The room is a good size and unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave some bits for a small fee (drawers, clothes rail, Kallax unit, bedside table). I will be taking my bed.
About the flat -
Shared kitchen
Bathroom with bath and shower
Separate toilet (always a win)
Open front balcony entrance — we’re on the end so there’s space for a small table and chairs, great in summer
Who you’ll be living with - You’ll be sharing 3 proffesionals - a chilled couple and one girl, they always out and about enjoying London and up for a chat if you cross paths in the kitchen.
Location (the best bit)
2-minute walk to Waterloo, waterloo East and Lambeth North station.
You can see the London Eye from the end of the street.
Big shared garden out back and a great park right next door.
Loads of pubs, cafés and restaurants on Lower Marsh and The Cut
The Old Vic is literally around the corner
Great for someone who wants a central base with an easy-going, clean and friendly flat vibe.
Bills are on top of rent usually under £100pp all in.
The contract is for a year, with a break clause as long as you replace yourself.

Ideal move in date would be the 6th March, but I can be flexible with this.
