Room in sociable flat, 1 min from Waterloo

I am moving out of my flat to move into my boyfriend so would like someone to take over my lease!!
We have just renewed it so current lease would be until 15th March 2027 (move in date is flexible, pls message!!)

Room is a spacious double room, furnished, and flat has a good sized living room!!

Anthony (24) and Alex (27) are great fun (we all met on spare room) and really lovely to live with. They are keen to keep a sociable flat and are always down for pub trips or chilled movie nights!! They are also very clean and respectful of space so I’ve really loved living with them.

I am moving in with my boyfriend, otherwise would never dream of leaving this flat - location is so crazy convenient and I’m really going to miss it here.
