Tenancy Takeover – Urbanest Westminster Bridge

I’m looking for a full-time student to take over my accessible studio at Urbanest Westminster Bridge. It is a spacious room with a large accessible bathroom, so it feels bigger than a standard studio. Rent is £513 per week and the contract runs until 30 August 2026. My move-out date is flexible and will depend on when I find another studio and complete the transfer process with Urbanest. The building is in a great central location, and the terrace has amazing views of the London Eye and Big Ben. This is an official Urbanest tenancy takeover.
