• Discounted Price: £300 / week
• Includes: All Bills & Fast Wi-Fi (No hidden fees at all).
📅 DATES & FLEXIBILITY:
• End Date: 5th September 2026 (Fixed).
• Start Date: Flexible! Ideally from 1st June, but mid-June or late-June move-ins are totally negotiable. Let's discuss what dates work best for you!
(Note: You must take over the remaining contract through Unite Students).

Because their system generates the contract at the original price (£399/pw), I will personally subsidize the difference upfront to match our agreed discounted price (£300/pw). I am more than happy to sign a formal written agreement, provide my Student ID/Passport, or do the transfer in person/via Zoom together so you feel 100% secure. No shady subletting!
3. SPOTLESS MOVE-IN: I will personally pay for a professional deep clean of the room and bathroom before you move in. ✨
