A bright, cozy room in our flat is available just 10 mins from Waterloo Station and 2 mins from Lambeth North station. It’s right next to Lower Marsh which has lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants!

The flat has a shared bathroom, a comfy living room, and a small but well-equipped kitchen. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space - perfect for evenings cooking together or unwinding after a busy day.

You’ll be sharing with two other gals who both have fairly active schedules but enjoy a chat over dinner or a glass of wine when we're in. The flat has a nice balance of being social without feeling crowded - we all value a tidy, respectful, and easy-going environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s similarly considerate, friendly, and comfortable with shared living - someone who appreciates a relaxed, clean home and the occasional catch-up but also respects personal space.
