I am subletting my room for the remainder of my contract at Urbanest Westminster Bridge Student Accommodation.
📅 Sublet Period:
Approximately 8 June 2026 – 5 September 2026 (exact start date flexible). Tenants who can cover the full period will be prioritised.

One bedroom in a 3-bed / 2-bath shared flat on the 8th floor, with a stunning direct view of Big Ben right outside the window (outer-facing room). The room is fully furnished with a bed, office desk, cupboard, and shelves.
🚿 Bathroom:
The flat has 2 bathrooms shared between 3 residents. Depending on whether my current flatmate stays in London during the sublet period, you may end up with a private bathroom to yourself, or sharing with just one other person.
🍳 Kitchen:
Shared kitchen within the flat, fully equipped with a fridge and freezer (more than enough capacity for 3 people), a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all standard kitchen appliances.
