Subletting room at Urbanest Westminster Bridge!

I am subletting my room for the remainder of my contract at Urbanest Westminster Bridge Student Accommodation. The room is one bedroom in a 3-bed/2-bath shared flat on the 8th floor, with a stunning direct view of Big Ben right outside the window (outer-facing room).
Room & Bathroom:
The room comes furnished with a bed, office desk, cupboard, and shelves. The flat has 2 bathrooms shared between 3 residents. Depending on whether my current flatmate stays in London during the sublet period, you may end up having a private bathroom to yourself, or sharing with one other person.

Kitchen:
Shared kitchen with the flat, fully equipped with a fridge and freezer (more than enough capacity for 3 people), a 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven and all standard kitchen appliances.

Study area on the mezzanine floor with private study rooms and projectors for group work
