Unfortunately our lovely flat mate is moving out as she iso we are renting her beautiful double room which include double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawer.
Located in Waterloo Area. Few minutes walk from South Bank, Waterloo and Southwark station, in a very quite and safe area. The Flat is divided in two floors with four bedrooms. Use of shared kitchen, huge sitting room, bathrooms, separate toilette and balcony. Also there is a super fast wifi broadband.
Currently there are 4 other tenants (two italians two english).
We've been living together many years now so we are looking someone for longterm, professional.
The rent is £550 pcm include council tax (one month deposit required). Monthly Bills and broadband are: £30 (elec. and gas less during summer) + £9 (fast wi-fi broadband). +£20 Cleaner
Long term or short term, only female, possibly not students and no more italians please :)
