We (Jenna Marie Irene) are looking for a young, female professional to move into a room in our flat in Waterloo as soon as possible!

The room is £670 pm and includes water, service charge, broadband, home insurance and a cleaning service for the common areas twice a month. Not included are gas, electricity and council tax, which amount to between £40-£60 a month, depending on the season!

It has a double bed, lots of storage, a desk and a couch that converts into a bed. it is sunny and quiet.

The kitchen is new with high tech cooking facilities a brand new fridge washing machine and dishwasher.

Please note that there is no living room.

We are 3 professionals females who are focused on our careers, after work we like to relax in a quiet comfortable and clean environment. Also we are very sociable and enjoy going out.

We're looking for a nice, tidy and professional female, who would like to share this 4-bedroom apartment with us.


The apartment is 5 min walk away from Waterloo station which services London bus routes 1, 4, 26, 59, 68, 76, 77, 139, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, 211, 243, 341, 381, 507, 521, RV1, X68 and night bus routes N1, N68, N76, N171, N343 and N381 and carries 4 London Underground lines, the South West and South East National Rail trains. It's about 1. 5 min from Lambeth North.


The apartment is located opposite the Old Vic theater, and 6 minutes walk away to the Southbank Center and the market held by the Royal Festival Hall, also only 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden. 
Supermarkets, organic and whole food shops are 3 minutes walk away. Restaurants, theaters, galleries and other entertainment are in reach of a 5 to 10 minutes walk.

At night you can hear the gong of the Big Ben and at this time of the year enjoy the all the summer events held at the Southbank Center.
