I'm leaving my flatshare to move in with my boyfriend, so we need to fill in my room with a fresh face asap!

I have been in this flat for 2 years and a half and I have loved living here. Flat is amazingly spacious, well equipped with all necessities, outside areas, great for sociolazing. My room has its own shower and a very comfy double bed. You will be sharing the bathroom (sink + WC) with Jess, another flatmate.

Flat is located 5 min walk to Waterloo/Southwark/Blackfriars tube stations, 50m behind the OXO tower, also a stroll away from Southbank river and 10min walking distance to central london

A large open plan kitchen/living room with TV, sofa, skylight, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. We then have a door to our private lovely terrace. It features a ladder up to the roof which is another private rooftop terrace. We also have a view on the Shard and the London eye.

The current housemates are Marie-Lia, a female who works in HR for a french company, and Jess, a male american graphic designer.

Bill are approx ã90/month for everything including fibre internet.
