I am looking for a young professional to share a 2 bedroom flat close to Southwark and Waterloo stations. One double bedroom is available from 1st August. The flat benefits from great transportation links and is only a short walk from the Southbank and not much further into central London.

You will be sharing the flat with one professional male. The flat comes furnished, is very bright and perfect for two people, with enough space for both. The flat consists of a spacious living room with views out over London. There is a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, balcony and bathroom with a separate toilet. The room available is to be occupied for one person, the furniture shown in pictures belongs to the current tenant and that would be different. The room will be furnished with a bed, a set of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

Requirements: Next tenant must be EU resident and passport holder. Deposit and references will be required.
