1 Double Bedroom, Murphy House, Borough Road SE1

A very good sized double bedroom furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe is available in our ground floor flat on Borough Road SE1. The flat has a very well equipped kitchen and shared bathroom.

We are 3 London South Bank University students who have secured the property and have completed credit checks. We are looking for a fourth flat mate to take the remaining room. The flat is in a great location for LSBU students as it is across the road from the university.

The flat has great transport links with Elephant and Castle, Southwark or Lambeth North within a 5 minute walk or Waterloo and Borough within a 8 minute walk.

We are group of two males and a female aged from 21 to 22. One of the guys studies architecture and the other two study engineering. We are all final year students (4th year) and are very welcoming. We would be happy to live with a student or a professional.

To be able to complete the credit check for the property the proposed tenant will require a UK guarantor who is in employment and is a home owner. The guarantor will need to provide all the required information along with ID and bank statements to the referencing company and estate agents.

The total upfront cost including 6 weeks deposit, 1 month's rent up front and all the credit checks cost is £1732. 92. £233. 75 is to be paid now and the remaining £1499. 17 to pay 5 days before we move in.

£670. 92 is the monthly cost of broadband and bills. This is an estimate based on each per person per week contributing £10 a week towards electricity, gas and water bills. Broadband cost has also been included within the monthly figure. If we go over the bill allowance we will all have to contribute more. E. g have the heaters on all the time means paying more rent!
