I am in need of a responsible/ respectful, clean/tidy lodger to look after my flat, whilst I am away for 6 months. I have a job in which I will be posted out of London for that period. The flat is beautiful, with lots of natural light and a Juliet balcony. It is fully furnished. All furniture is new. There is also a small, private garden (approx 12X9), with private access.
The flat is on the first floor of a newly converted and refurbished house, with 3 flats in total (GF/FF/SF). There is a large park within 3 mins walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, with mostly families.

There are a few local convenience shops opposite and next to West Acton tube and a Sainsbury’s Metro and Tesco Metro close by. The nearest shopping centre is Ealing Broadway.

The flat has an A energy rating, with underfloor heating in the bathroom.

There is off street parking and a lockable bicycle shed.
