This is a sublet for two months (October and November) with a possibility of staying longer after the current lease expires!

Hi, I’m moving out of my lovely room in this chill and friendly houseshare.
The room is a single with a surprising amount of storage space. It comes with a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and full under-bed storage. It looks out over the front garden and gets beautiful light in the mornings.

The rent:
The rent for the room is £650 a month.
Bills are paid separately and range from about £90 in summer to £150 in winter. The deposit is £800 and the house is in council tax band E.

The rest of the house:
The house is a detached semi in the West Acton conservation area, a charming and very green neighbourhood full of trees and families. The house has a large and comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. There is a cupboard and half a fridge for your cooking things, as well as built-in storage cupboard just outside the room upstairs. There is also a garden and table outside.

You would be sharing the house with three lovely housemates! Matt, a PhD student, Mahima, a tech grad and Jakub, an IT professional. Everyone is very kind and respectful of each other, and though people do their own thing, there is room to socialise and hang out of an evening.

The area is quiet, though a row of shops are within easy walking distance for emergencies. We are very close to West Acton station (central line) and 10 minutes from North Ealing (Piccadilly). Buses run to Acton High Street and Ealing Broadway, both of which are hubs for shopping and leisure. You can be in the city centre in 40 minutes and come back and feel peaceful and away from it all!
