- There are also bus routes that can be taken from West Acton station to go into Acton itself or towards Ealing Broadway.

Local amenities:
- There are high street shops located at either station.
- A Waitrose petrol station is a 5 minute walk away.
- There are 2 cafes and a local pub also located 5 minutes away.
- Ealing Broadway is the closest shopping area being a 15 minute walk away or 1 stop on the central line. This area also offers various restaurants, pubs, a gym, clothes shops, as well as various supermarkets.
- Ealing Common is a 15 minute walk away which also has a lovely gastropub on the corner.
- Westfield shopping centre (White City) is a 15 minute train journey away on the central line.
