I have a room available on a Monday - Friday basis in my 2 bed flat, sharing with just me - a creative business owner.

THE ROOM: Bright and airy furnished small double room with storage space to leave things over the weekend and a small desk (WFH not permitted).

THE FLAT: 2 bed flat split across 2 floors with lots of light. Small but well equipped kitchen that you’re welcome to use. Parking permits available from £85 per year, allowing you to park near the station (partial refund if you leave early).

IDEAL DYNAMIC: Both of us are clean, tidy and friendly. We’re busy with work and have our own social lives, but can enjoy friendly conversation and the odd coffee/drink if we’re both home at the same time, whilst respecting each others personal space. Someone looking for a comfortable London base.

LOCATION: Easy access to all major road networks (A40/M40/A406/M1/M4) and excellent transport links. 5 minute walk to West Acton station (Central Line), 10 minutes to Ealing Common station (Piccadilly and District Lines), 15 minutes to Acton Mainline on the new Elizabeth Line (which will get you to Canary Wharf in 19 minutes from 6th November 2022) and 22 minutes to Acton Central (overground).

THE AREA: Lots of green spaces. Tesco Express, Sainsbury's local, Co-Op, Morrisons and Little Waitrose all within walking distance. Bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as just 15 minutes to Westfield’s, Chiswick High Road and 10 minutes to Ealing Broadway.
