Bedding items provided and utility bills included. Sharing bathroom with 2 others, (3 bathrooms in house). You only have to clean your own bedroom and rota for bathroom.

Beautiful garden. Three minutes walk from West Acton Station (Central Line),and 7 minutes from Piccadilly Line and main line stations. 10 minutes walk to Park Royal Complex, and 15 minutes tube journey to Westfields Shopping Centre.

Room is in large house - room would suit someone looking for a safe and comfortable place whilst in London. House is situated in a lovely 'green' residential quiet area - I am a live in landlady and work in education on the finance side and am DBS checked - rest of the household are professionals having just qualified at Kings College University - Masters in Chemistry, Masters in Music Technology and UCL- PGCE in Music. and are all still studying for their various career qualifications.

We are vibrant, creative, studious household who enjoy life but also appreciate quiet time. Sorry its not a party household. Best suited to someone who is studying or works fulltime and who will not spend hours cooking in the kitchen, we all need to use it.
