I have one room left to fill in my flat. It's the Master Bedroom as shown in the floor plan. It has its own ensuite bathroom and loads of storage. The previous tenants even left a few cupboards spare for shared household storage. Most of the existing furniture will be staying. It has large bay windows, giving plenty of natural light.

The living/kitchen area is a large open plan setup with plenty of room for several people to be relaxing, cooking and dining. The property also has a really nice, decent sized private garden and patio area where we grow various herbs and flowers.

The property has an entrance hallway that is shared amongst the other flats in the building. All the neighbours have been there for many years and are very friendly.

The property itself is a 2-3 minute walk to West Dulwich train station which gets you to Victoria in 13 mins, and an 8-10 minute walk to Tulse Hill which heads through London via St Pancras. The number 3 bus service runs 24 hrs a day and is also only a 2-3 minute walk away.

You'd be sharing the property with me (Ben) and one other professional (Amelia). I mostly work from home, so will be around a lot. I’m an actor who loves cooking, music, films and cycling. The house great for socialising; however there’s plenty of space for people to have any privacy they need.

I've lived in this flat for 2 years now and it's gorgeous. Loads of space and light, plenty of storage, great neighbours and a really nice, big garden.

Couples are welcome, athough we may adjust the price to factor in extra strain on space etc and equal division of bills etc. I would suggest £900 pcm.

All normal bills for whole house come to around £300 pcm. Council tax, gas and electricity, water, and internet. I will have also paid for the TV license for a year and have Netflix and Amazon Video linked to the TV also.
