A garden view double room in a fully furnished 3 bed 2 bathroom flat on the boarder of Tulse Hill and West Dulwich from 13th April until 30th June 2025. It is ta 7mins walk to Tulse Hill station (20mins to London Bridge and Farringdon) and 5 mins walk to West Dulwich station (15mins to Victoria and Blackfriars). Nearby shops are in West Dulwich, additionally West Norwood High Street has a cinema, leisure centre, restaurants and post office. There are plenty of parks nearby. Additionally from Tulse hill it is a 10 minute bus ride to kings college hospital and camberwell with 24hr bus routes. Currently 1 male early thirties and a female early 20s who will be sharing the bathroom with, both easy going professionals live in the flat and are looking for a similar flatmate. All bills included (council tax, gas, water, electricity, broadband). We both keep busy with work, socialising and travelling. In addition free on street parking in the road.
