Hello, unfortunately I am leaving my lovely room in a very nice flat in Rosendale Road as I am moving job. The flat is in a quiet and safe area with many shops around, the transport links is:
West Norwood train station 15 min walking
West Dulwich train station 15 min walking
Tulse hill train station 15 min walking
Bus 3 , in 20 min you can be at Brixton.
Bus 322 goes to Brixton and Clapham.

You will be living with 2 young professionals
One boy working as a musician and one girl working as a receptionist.

The room is very spacious and comes with its own toilet recently with new sink and toilet and the landlady is very nice and she always take care of the flat, she also live very close.

You need to pass a reference check but is so easy and there are no fees involved.

Bills are around 110£ each month including everything water, gas, electricity and Wify

The room is furnished but also you can change the furniture if you prefer to use your ones.
