I’m renting out my second bedroom in my maisonette in West Dulwich.
The property is a three bed two bath, with your bedroom being on the top floor with your own private bathroom. The third bedroom is also on the top floor and is used on rare occasions when guests stay, but day-to-day can be used as a separate lounge space.

Bills are roughly £170, but energy may change slightly once usage increases with a second person.
I’m a professional working in financial technology and typically work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Luckily, I have an office at home so will be out of the communal space during the day, should you also be working from home.
I have car which can be super helpful when doing the weekly shop and parking nearer train stations, and will be happy to help with lifts where I can. There is free parking all around the property if you also have a car, and there is never an issue finding parking outside.
The property is within 15 mins walk to West Norwood station, Tulse Hill station and West Dulwich station, which service London Bridge, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Victoria, Clapham Junction - so great transport links.
I’m a sociable person who enjoys the odd Thursday night out with work and beer gardens in the sun once it’s warmer. But also, I enjoy staying in cooking a nice dinner and getting in front of the tv with a glass of wine.
I’m looking for a flat mate to share and enjoy my home with, who is friendly and keen to have the odd takeaway together, but who also respects each others space and is clean and tidy.
