Lovely large room (with en suite and resident cat)

Hi, I'm Alex and I am looking for someone who is friendly and likes cats to share my two-bed flat in West Dulwich.

The room is a large furnished double with an ensuite shower room that has recently been completed refurbished.

There is a fully kitted-out kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a separate large bright living space.

There are plenty of spaces to work comfortably from, I switch between the living room and kitchen but there is space for a desk in the bedroom.

The flat is ideally located about a 3-minute walk from West Dulwich Station (it can be run in 30 seconds if running late for the train) and has direct links into Brixton (7 minutes) and Victoria (13 minutes). There is also the Number 3 bus route. It's 15 minutes walking distance to Tulse Hill or 20 minutes down to Herne Hill, which are both on the Thameslink.

There are lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance including Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park, Crystal Palace and Sydenham Woods that are fantastic during the summer.

For shops, pubs and restaurants we're close to Dulwich Village, Herne Hill, West Norwood and East Dulwich.

You would be sharing the flat with me and a very shy tabby cat called Whisky. I work as a researcher.

As I live in the flat all bills are included in the rent, this includes council tax, utilities and wifi.
