Availability, from 1st June 2026 for 6 months.
Rent £600 not including bills, share of bills is approx £80 each per month.
Deposit of £300 is required.
Looking for a professional to live with, space is limited so not recommended for someone with lots of personal possessions. I'm looking for non-smoker, vegetarian preferred.

Lots of greenery with good parks in the area including Belair park, Brockwell park and Dulwich park also in easy walking distance. Handy for amenities in the local area including decent food shops, libraries and cinema in West Norwood a short 10mins walk away. It's a friendly estate with good neighbours.

Current flatmates would be Ollie (main occupant)- Technical coordinator at a university (UAL) and an environmental & social justice activist, artist, cyclist, buddhist, and Ajay an affable young professional man. Must be comfortable with dogs, a flat coat retriever who sometimes comes over to stay.
