The residence comprises two floors, a loft office, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The communal areas are generously sized, encompassing a TV room/lounge and a well-equipped kitchen and dining space.

The available room is furnished with a king-size bed, a desk for remote work, and ample cupboard storage space.

My roommates are easy-going and friendly, consisting of South Africans and one American/Austrian, all of whom are working professionals. A sociable house cat is also part of the household.

The room will be vacant from December 3rd to March 2nd, and while couples are considered, the rent would be subject to an increase.
