This is an advert for a short contract at £1050 per month (£700 for two weeks), including internet, bills and council tax.

I will be working in Paris and Marseille during the coming months and wish to rent my room on a short term basis.

The room is located on the top floor with an expansive faux balcony view of the rear garden and two large skylights onto a peaceful residential street.

It is close to shops and trains, providing quick access to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, Tulse Hill, Forest Hill, Peckham, Brixton, and Elephant & Castle.

There are plenty of green spaces nearby, including Dulwich Park and Crystal Palace, as well as Horniman Gardens and Rockwell, among other lesser-known areas.

Gipsy Hill offers an excellent view of London.
