Large double with own bathroom

Hello, i have a large double room with bathroom for rent in my two bedroomed garden flat in West Dulwich. Yes, that means a live-in landlady BUT i promise you i'm not a control freak with rules. i expect someone who moves in to be able to enjoy living here as their home, have friends when they want etc.

i work from home some of the time, have a friendly dog and a cat and a busy social life outside. I am easy-going, friendly and really like a chilled but fun atmosphere so socialising once in a while would be nice. Anyone who loves gardens would be particularly welcome!

i am looking for someone who is looking for a home not just a bed and who likes animals.

this is a lovely neighbourhood with a bus to Brixton (15 mins distance) and three stations nearby as well as a great pub, good restaurants and excellent independent shops.
