- West Dulwich station is an 8 min walk, Herne Hill Station is a 13 min walk, or Brixton Tube station is a 25 min walk. There is also a bus stop 2 mins walk that takes you towards Brixton if the walk is not doable

About the House:

Jill, the loveliest live-in landlady, has lived in this home for over 4 decades. Currently her son occupies one room, and her daughter (and me, the daughter's partner) occupies another room. There is also another lodger renting out a room in the house, he is a lovely Australian self-employed man, who has been living here for 8 years. The family make good use of the kitchen, dining and living area, where we cook dinner every night, eat together and then retire to the living room (or sometimes our own individual rooms) for some netflix and chill. So, while we have communal areas, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t frequent them often, and prefers to have quiet evenings.
