Peaceful, residential area with families and older people living on the street so no drama/noise etc.

Well connected via West Dulwich, Tulse Hill or West Norwood stations.

Lovely high street 5 mins round the corner with a Tesco, bakery, book shop, well stocked grocery store and a gorgeous Italian deli/cafe. The Rosendale pub round the corner is also fab! It’s also got so many parks round about - Belair in particular is a fave of mine.

Connie and Max who you’ll be moving in with are both very lovely and considerate, they’ve both got a lot going on but we’ll quite often chill in the lounge together or go for a drink sometimes :)
