Friendly House Share in Herne Hill (Dec 2025)

Heya! We’re a group of friends living in a spacious 4-bed house in Herne Hill, London – two Namibians, one South African and one Brit – and we’re looking for a 5th housemate to join our warm, easy going household. Ideally someone easy going and fun, who'd be keen to join us on some adventures and contribute to the good vibes 🤙🏻

About the house:
4 double bedrooms (one en-suite)
2 shared bathrooms upstairs + 1 separate WC downstairs
Open-plan living room and huge dining room
Front and rear gardens (perfect for BBQs and plant parenting!)
Basement storage
On-street parking

Nearest stations:
Herne Hill (Victoria & City Thameslink) and North Dulwich – both about a 10-minute walk. Quick trains to Victoria (10 mins) and Blackfriars (15 mins).

Bills are around £110 per month including a cleaner every 2 weeks.

Meet your future housemates:
Luke (27) – the surfer guy in the house, loves talking politics, history and philosophy, always keeping himself busy with education, sports or adventures.
Janice (29) – always down for a beer and keen to join on any mission. Very warm and welcoming. Always chasing sunsets and keen for outdoor exploring, forever working outside in the garden.
Enya (29) – from South Africa, a laid-back nature lover doing her PhD in London. Enjoys climbing and is always down for deep chats, and spontaneous fun -whether it’s a braai or a late night out in the city.
Leigh (27) - recent addition to the house. Tidy, easy going and sociable. Down for a chill, hiking mission or trip to the pub.
We’re a social bunch who enjoy hanging out together – whether it’s BBQs in the garden, tennis matches, weekend trips to Brighton, camping, or surf missions to Cornwall. We’re looking for someone who’s easy going, respectful, and keen to be part of the household vibe.
