3 double bedrooms up for grabs in a 4bedroom flat in a very nice house in the centre of West Dulwich, steps away from local shops and pubs. The house is on the first and second floor, situated above a quiet shop.
The lease will be renewed for a year from 1 December. Referencing and checks are required before entering the tenancy.
There is a huge shared living room. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, modern kitchen with a gas hob and fan oven. In the summer we can also be found outside on the roof which is perfect for sitting out for a drink on a summer's evening.
The smaller room is a cosy double but with plenty of space, including for use of a desk for those working from home (see pictures), on the second floor with high ceilings, neutral decor, and a large sash window.
The 2 larger rooms are large with fireplace, and enough space for home office work space or a small private sitting area. (one is larger than the other).
We are well connected here as we are a short 7 min walk to West Dulwich train station, which is 6 min overground away from Brixton and 12 mins to Victoria. Across the road is a number 3 bus stop which goes through Brixton all the way to Whitehall. The N3 also runs all night, with the benefit of the night tube on the Victoria Line to Brixton means getting home on a late night is pretty easy.
The current housemate is a friendly civil servants who enjoys running, hiking, travelling and all the fun things London has to offer (pub, theatre, drag shows, food etc). Smokers welcome but there is no smoking in the house.
Very relaxed and sociable at home but keen on cleanliness and tidiness and we would expect our new housemates to help join in on house work.
