I'm renting out a room in my 3 bedroom flat in West Dulwich from December. The flat is 930 sq ft, has a shared living room and kitchen and a patio at the back which has plenty of sunlight and backs on to peaceful allotments. The bedroom will have clothes rack, desk and chests of drawers provided. The bathroom has a full bath. We are a 15 minute walk from Herne Hill, 8 minute walk from West Dulwich, 7 minute walk from Brockwell park and 15 minutes to Dulwich Village. North Dulwich and Tulse Hill are both within 20 minutes walk. The Number 3 bus route runs along Croxted Road and the nearest stop is a 1-2 minute walk. I'm a professional who likes music and travelling.
