I'm renting out rooms in my 3 bedroom flat in West Dulwich from July. The flat is 930 sq ft, has a shared living room and kitchen and a patio at the back which has plenty of sunlight and backs on to peaceful allotments. The larger bedroom will have clothes rack, desk and chests of drawers provided. The smaller bedroom is unfurnished. The bathroom has a full bath. We are a 15 minute walk from Herne Hill, 8 minute walk from West Dulwich, 7 minute walk from Brockwell park and 15 minutes to Dulwich Village. North Dulwich and Tulse Hill are both within 20 minutes walk. The Number 3 bus route runs along Croxted Road and the nearest stop is a 1-2 minute walk. I'm a professional who likes music and travelling.
