Bike shed with space for 1 x additional bike to be stored.

Location:

The house is the end of terrace on a quiet cul-de-sac in West Dulwich. The property is equidistant between West Dulwich, West Norwood and Gispy Hill Stations (all a 15 minute walk). West Dulwich is a 12 minute train to Victoria or Blackfriars. West Norwood and Gipsy Hill are 25 minutes to Victoria/London Bridge and other local stations.

There is also a very regular bus 3 minutes walk away that takes you to Brixton in 20 minutes.

Current housemate:

37-year old professional who is friendly, tidy and respectful. I am rarely home as I often stay at my partner's house so you would mostly have the space to yourself.

I currently have two cats. However, I am planning for them to stay elsewhere during this rental period. If you are a cat person and would prefer that they stay, that can also be arranged.

Rent and term:

I am looking for someone to stay for up to three months.

£1,200 per month (including bills) or £1,350 per month (including bills) for a couple.

Bills include all usual utilities, wifi and a cleaner every fortnight.
