Double room in spacious 4 bed - West Dulwich

We have a gorgeous sunny double room available in our homey West Dulwich house. Available from 12 August.

The house is filled with light all year round, with stunning high ceilings and windows. A lounge / dining room bigger than you can imagine. Our kitchen has lots of storage space, with high quality appliances, including a dishwasher and brand new washing machine. We’ve also got two full bathrooms.

We’re quite lucky to be surrounded by green spaces but we do also have a roof terrace to lounge on with your morning coffee.

With an attic for extra storage (so your room aesthetic isn’t thrown off by your suitcase in the corner) you’ll be able to enjoy the full size of the bedroom! We have used the attic in the past as a zen area in winter as it’s quite peaceful with a reading nook.

The housemates: Harriett and I work full time in the city, although Harriett does have a few days wfh each week. Harriett is a copywriter and I work in Finance.

We’re an all girls house, although if you fit the bill we will consider a tidy guy. You will ideally be in your 30s and must be full time employed. Someone who respects the home they live in and contributes to the space. You’ll be signing onto a 12 month lease with us and must be able to pass referencing / salary checks.

Bills aren’t included and collectively come to around £100-£120/mth this may change during winter depending on usage.

Rent is split evenly by four flatmates: £3,025 total for the house, £781.25 each.
Deposit is £901.44 each.

West Dulwich is such a lovely area to live, super safe and loads of transport links. West Dulwich station is 5 mins walk, West Norwood 15 mins and Brixton underground is a 20 min bus away. Dulwich village and the park are close by and there’s endless options of cafes, pubs and markets nearby.
