SCANDINAVIAN STYLE HOME WITH WARM, POSITIVE VIBES – WEST DULWICH
Welcome to a beautiful, spacious home in West Dulwich, a calm, green neighbourhood just a short ride from Central London. The house has a Scandinavian feel, inspired by clean lines and open spaces: think Bauhaus meets London.
Both my flatmates (PhD students) have been offered jobs abroad and they accepted good offers so I'm looking for flatmates!
I'm looking for down to earth, nice, kind, respectful humans open to building a fun and positive space together.
I have lived with male and female flatmates and find it more fun and fair living in a mixed gender house.
The House
• Bright and spacious living room with plenty of natural light
• The room in the attic is really big
• Large open-plan kitchen with all the toys: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and more
• Big dining table, great for meals and chats
• Private garden with a small pond, lush and green, with a hammock for sunny days and an outdoor fireplace for colder days. We often get visits from foxes, squirrels, parakeets and local cats
• Peaceful and safe street in a lovely residential area
About me
I’m from Colombia and run a social enterprise based in Borough Market, working with coffee growers from my country. I have always freshly roasted coffee at home!
Most of the time my flatmates end up coming with my coffee project to summer festivals like Buddhafield, Shambala, etc.
I like to be happy. I practice yoga, love and compassion. I like sharing food, and creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Good energy and respectful vibes. There is definitely a South American feeling around, especially when it comes to music and food. I can dance salsa while preparing breakfast :)
I am a creative, always thinking on the next project.
Who I'm Looking For
Someone who’s friendly, clean, and appreciates a calm, respectful shared space. If you're someone who values community, openness, and a homey environment, you are the one. Even better if you like roller blading, skate boarding or snowboarding!
This room would suit someone who wants a place to call home, not just a place to sleep.
