The room is bright, peaceful, and freshly refurbished with a new carpet, double bed, and plenty of storage. You’ll wake up to birdsong outside your window.

Fantastic transport links: 12 mins to Victoria, 20 mins to Farringdon, 25 mins to King’s Cross, 1h to Gatwick, 1.5h to Stansted. Free street parking available.

You’ll share the flat only with me and my small, super-friendly dog — lots of space and privacy (no overcrowded flatshares here!). The area is quiet yet close to everything: parks, tennis courts, cafés, shops, restaurants, a small Tesco, and the Herne Hill Sunday market. Brixton’s bars and restaurants are one stop away (4 mins).

Flat includes fast Wi-Fi, new Samsung washer dryer, air fryer, two ovens, and all essentials. You’ll have your own fridge. Bathroom and toilet are separate.
