3 bed flat with live in landlord and their partner. I work from home 3/4 days a week and am in the office 1/2 days a week, and similar for my partner who is studying mainly from home and spends 1/2 weekdays a week outside the flat. We're quiet and respectful and keep the place clean and tidy. We'd like to live with someone similar in regards to being tidy and relatively chilled. I work in tech, and in my spare time I enjoy cycling and watching football; my partner enjoys writing and in her free time is currently finishing up a book. As mentioned, the flat is 3 bed, though note that I use one of the bedrooms as a study and my partner and I use the other room as the bedroom.

Well connected: Flat is 2 mins walk from West Dulwich station which takes you to London Victoria in 13 mins and to London Blackfriars (in weekday commuting hours) in 16 mins. Can also train to Brixton in 5 minutes.
