Looking for a house sitter/short term tenant for the period 25 January – 21 March 2026.
MAX 2 people staying or small family: suitable to an individual, a couple or small family in need of a transit flat for a short period. (not suitable for a two-bedrooms occupancy).
We offer ideally the en-suite bedroom, with access to another bedroom to use for a child or as home office. For a total of £500 + £50 exit cleaning fees (or you clean yourself)/week. If this is too much for you, we are open to a conversation.
Recently renovated 120sqm flat with direct access to the garden. With spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. This is our home and comes fully furnished. No access to our bedroom.
We are looking for: A couple or one person who is clean, respectful, and is keen to look after the place as if it was their own. You are quiet and respectful of neighbours' space, and have no pets. We won't allow parties.
We'll draft a short-let contract, advance pay and deposit required.
