Room in West Dulwich/West Norwood

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our really fab 3 bedroom flat by the middle of February.

Rent is 850/month, plus around 120 in bills, which are split between the three flatmates.

The flat has great transport links into Victoria, London Bridge, the City. Located between Tulse Hill, West Dulwich and West Norwood stations, each about 10/15 minutes walk, plus approx 4 different buses that get you to Brixton in 20 mins.

The flat is spread over 3-ish floors, with a large living/dining room, decent kitchen, a private balcony which is just amazing in the mornings, and access to shared garden. There is also a converted loft with loads of storage space. The room a great size, stays relatively cool in the summer and warm in winter, is unfurnished, but has a good sized built in wardrobe and some shelving.

You’d be moving in with David (26) and Duncan (25). David is a developer at a biotech company, is into stand up comedy and drag race, and Duncan is a civil servant, in the office 3/4 days a week, a cellist who plays in a couple of orchestras! Both enjoy a drink and pub quiz at our local - we have won a couple of times, so anyone who can help continue that streak is very welcome! - or a night in in front of the traitors, board games. Both have busy social lives, but are hoping to find another flatmate who is looking to spend some time hanging out.
